If you find a lower price, we will not only match it, we will beat the competitor’s price by 10% of the difference.   • Contact your Travel Consultant or call our central number at 1-866-383-1588 and tell us which competitor is offering the lower price.
  • Our team will verify the price and that we currently have it available.
  • We will beat the competitor’s price by 10% of the difference**
Terms & Conditions

  • **10% of the difference between the competitor's price and Whistler Blackcomb Central Reservation's price, is in the form of Whistler Blackcomb Gift Cards rounded up and given in $10 increments.  Maximum gift card value is 15% of the total cost of the applicable product. 
  • Gift cards will be delivered to customer’s accommodation or available for pickup at guest relations at the time of travel as determined by Whistler Blackcomb.
  • Minimum $5 total difference between competitors product price and Whistler Blackcomb Central Reservations product price to qualify, if less than $5 Whistler Blackcomb will match the competitors price but Whistler Blackcomb Gift Cards will not be given
  • Lodging - Rate must be for the exact same property, unit property manager, quality level, number of guests and same currency.
  • Airfare - Rate must be for the same flight number, route, class of service, number of passengers and only applies to domestic fares. (Canada and US)
  • Lift Tickets - Exclusive of Edge Card, Gold Card and Mountain Collective rates.
  • Rentals - Only applies to Whistler Blackcomb rental locations.
  • Airport Transfers – Only applies to Pacific Coach Lines
  • Must contact our call centre within 48 hours of booking your reservation to make a claim under the Whistler Blackcomb Price Beat Promise. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives.
  • Pricing must be in Canadian Dollars.
  • Payment and refund policies must be identical.
  • Arrival and departure dates must be the same.
  • Rate must be available to the general public, no corporate discounts or rates, group rates, AAA or CAA rates, “Flash Sale” websites including but not limited to Groupon or Living Social, charter rates, rewards program rates, incentives, meeting rates, convention rates, consolidator or interline prices, travel industry rate programs, or prices available only by using a coupon, or any other rates or promotions not offered to the general public.
  • Best Price Guarantee does not include rates on websites where the property name remains opaque or unknown until after purchase, or where prices are determined by any sort of auction or bidding.
  • Best Price Guarantee does not apply when rates were entered in error.
  • All requests are subject to Whistler Blackcomb Central Reservations verification and all claims must be independently confirmed by our personnel.
